The First International Conference on the Glycobiology of Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs), that took place in Copenhagen on May 16 & 17, has been a full success, with more than 120 participants from 23 countries and lectures from the most renowned researchers in the field.
We want to thank all the participants, all the speakers and all poster contributors for making this such an inspiring and fruitful event! But most of all, we want to thank the two chairmen Dr. Clemens Kunz (Institute of Nutritional Science, University of Giessen, Germany) and Dr. Sharon Donovan (Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, University of Illinois, USA) for their excellent work and organisation!
